Repercussões da aceleração dos ritmos de trabalho na saúde dos servidores de um juizado especial / Effects of acceleration of work pace in the health of public servants working at a federal special court

Os recentes incrementos tecnológicos promovidos junto ao serviço judiciário federal trouxeram avanços importantes para a melhoria dos atendimentos prestados à população, contudo originaram novas demandas organizacionais aos trabalhadores do setor. Objetivo Conhecer as repercussões da organização do trabalho no cotidiano laboral e na saúde dos servidores do Juizado Especial Federal de Porto Alegre (RS).Procedimentos metodológicos Desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 17 servidores de um juizado especial federal. As falas foram gravadas em áudio, transcritas e submetidas à análise de conteúdo. O referencial teórico da psicodinâmica do trabalho fundamentou a interpretação dos achados.Resultados Foram identificadas duas categorias de análise: (1) Mudanças na organização do trabalho: de processos judiciais físicos à aceleração virtual e (2) Adaptação dos profissionais às mudanças e suas repercussões sobre a saúde. Na primeira categoria foram discutidas as transformações vivenciadas pelos trabalhadores a partir da implantação dos sistemas informatizados de recebimento e análise dos processos judiciais. Na segunda categoria revelaram-se as exigências psíquicas e físicas que os trabalhadores associaram ao contexto laboral.Conclusão Concluiu-se que os trabalhadores se percebem diante de um ritmo acelerado e elevado volume de trabalho, convivendo com sintomas que sugerem o adoecimento e sentindo-se desassistidos quanto às mudanças estabelecidas ao processo de trabalho...

The recent technological innovations introduced in federal courts have contributed for the improvement of the services rendered to the population; however, they have also brought on new organizational demands to the sector´s workers. Objective To understand the repercussions of the work organization in everyday´s labor and in occupational health of the public servants working at the Federal Special Court of Porto Alegre – RS.Methodological procedures A qualitative approach research was developed by means of semi-structured interviews with 17 employees of a federal special court, which were audio recorded, transcribed and submitted to content analysis. The theoretical referral of the work psychodynamics has founded data interpreting.Results Two categories of analysis have been identified: (1) Changes in the work organization: from manipulating physical judicial files to the virtual acceleration and, (2) The professionals adaptation process to these changes and its repercussions on their health. As to the first category, discussions were carried out about the changes experienced by the workers after the implantation of computerized systems for receipt and analysis of the judicial files. Regarding the second category, the workers revealed the psychic and physical requirements in connection to the labor context.Conclusion The conclusion drawn is that the workers perceive themselves facing an accelerated rhythm and high volume of work, and getting along with symptoms which suggest that they are becoming sick and feel unassisted as to the changes established in the working process...

O trabalho e a saúde dos oficiais de Justiça Federal de Porto Alegre / Work and health of the Federal Justice officials at Porto Alegre

Este artigo apresenta resultados de pesquisa que investigou os efeitos do trabalho sobre a saúde de oficiais de Justiça Federal de Porto Alegre. A demanda partiu do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores da Justiça Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Sintrajufe-RS), devido ao aumento das queixas relacionadas à saúde desses servidores. Foi utilizado um questionário estruturado, o Self Report Questionnaire (SRQ-20), para pesquisar a prevalência de distúrbios psiquiátricos menores e a metodologia da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, com modelo metodológico de pesquisa ação. Os resultados obtidos apontam que o principal problema está relacionado à falta de reconhecimento do trabalho realizado por esses profissionais. Também foram relatadas pelo grupo questões de desrespeito em relação ao exercício de sua atividade e o trabalho solitário. Sugere-se um espaço de discussão/reunião que envolva os trabalhadores, a coordenação e a representação do juiz, com participação de profissionais da Psicologia, caracterizando uma ação permanente.

This paper presents results from a research which investigated the effects of work on the health of Federal Justice officials at Porto Alegre. The demand emerged from the Union of Workers of the Federal Justice of Rio Grande do Sul (Sintrajufe-RS), due to increased complaints with regard to the health of these servants. A structured questionnaire was used, the Self Report Questionnaire (SRQ-20), in order to survey the prevalence of minor psychiatric disorders and the methodology of Work Psychodynamics, with a methodological model of researchaction. The results obtained point out that the main problem is related to a lack of recognition to the work performed by these professionals. Issues of disrespect with regard to their activity and solitary work were also reported by the group. One suggests a discussion/meeting space involving the workers, the coordination, and the judge's representation, with the participation of Psychology professionals, characterizing a permanent action.
